Study Abroad Pre-departure Requirements

All Study Abroad Students

  • Student Health Review Worksheet
  • Student Emergency Information Form
  • Evergreen Enrollment Agreement and Risk & Liability Release
  • Assumption of Risk for COVID
  • Participation in all required Study Abroad Pre-departure Orientation Workshops
  • Provide proof of international medical insurance

Evergreen Faculty-Led Program Students 

  • Pay $400 Program Deposit ($300 Faculty Support Fee + $100 Study Abroad Administrative Fee) through your my.evergreen.edu account (select 'Make Payments')
  • Pay program fee through your my.evergreen.edu account (select 'Make Payments')
  • Any additional requirements from the program's faculty leader(s)

Outgoing Exchange Students

  • Any host institution required forms 
  • Pay $100 Study Abroad Administrative Fee (my.evergreen.edu - select 'Make Payments')
  • Pay your regular Evergreen tuition when you normally would

Consortium Program Students

  • Submit the Consortia Agreement (DOC / PDF) to the Office of International Programs & Services 
  • Requirements from the consortium program provider 
  • Pay $100 Study Abroad Administrative Fee (my.evergreen.edu - select 'Make Payments')
  • Pay $425 Consortia Enrollment Fee to Evergreen (charged to your student account) 

Study Abroad ILC/INT Students

  • Pay $100 Study Abroad Administrative Fee (my.evergreen.edu - select 'Make Payments')
  • Pay your regular Evergreen tuition when you normally would

Europe-bound Students

  • General Data Protection Regulations Waiver

Unless otherwise specified, all Evergreen pre-departure requirements should be submitted to the Office of International Programs & Services by the posted deadlines.
