Visitors may park in B or C lots. If B and C lots are filled, parking in the Meadow Overflow parking area off of Driftwood Road is closer to Red Square than F lot. Follow the marked paths to make your way to Red Square for our ceremony. Parking for attendees with disabilities is available in B, C, and F lots.

Parking is free on Friday, June 10, 2022 at the Olympia campus

Exiting Campus after the Ceremony

A professional traffic control company has been hired to ensure a smooth exit from all the parking lots. Please follow the directions of these uniformed personnel. To help speed everyone’s departure Evergreen Parkway will be closed briefly at the end of the ceremony to prioritize exiting traffic in this fashion:

B Lot – will exit via the Parkway Southbound only, traffic will not be allowed to enter the roundabout to go North on the Parkway.

C Lot – will exit only via what are normally the entrance lanes and proceed Northbound on the Parkway.  Signs will direct drivers to HY 101 and Olympia city center via Kaiser Road or Cooper Point Road.

When those exiting overflow parking or F Lot reach the intersection of Driftwood Road and the Parkway right turns will not be permitted. Flaggers will alternate traffic to proceed straight ahead onto Kaiser Road or turn Left onto the Parkway. Signs will direct drivers to Highway 101 and Olympia city center via Kaiser Road or Cooper Point Road.

Overhulse Road will be closed during the Ceremony, except for those exiting parking at the Children’s Center.

If you live near campus or plan to come to campus on Saturday, be aware SPSCC is using Red Square for their Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, June 11, starting at 10 am.  Their ceremony will conclude between Noon and 1 pm — the same road closures and traffic control will be in-effect.
