Electronic Media can provide support for on-campus and remote events.

On-campus events need an approved COVID safety plan.

Remote Support requests can be submitted through the Remote Media Production Request form.

Production Requests

Need help with your Zoom event? Want help with making a video? Use our form to request remote production support.

Event Support

The first step to requesting support is generally to submit a Remote Media Production Request or a Media Production Request. Once your request has been received, a producer will follow up soon to confirm details and resolve questions. If an estimate of costs is needed, one can be provided after your production request is received.

Student Groups: Please remember that your advisor must be a part of any student group request!

Please submit your request to Electronic Media as soon as general event information, scope, and scale are known. Because of demand, support exists on a first-come, first-served basis - and a placeholder is preferred to an un-communicated expectation. It's helpful to be aware of your event as far in advance as possible, even if you do not have all of the details finalized.

Post-Production: The vast majority of our video and audio editing is done by student workers, with a standard turnaround time of two weeks. If needed, faster turnaround times may be available at a charge; please contact our production team for more info.

Charges

For non-academic internal clients, subsidized production support costs are charged to the requesting workgroup. A budget number must be provided in advance of support.

Academic requests may not have associated costs, but are subject to approval by the Deanery. Multi-program requests are strongly encouraged.

Any event charging admission will require charges to the organizer - including academic programs.
