Want to meet on campus? Talk with your advisor about reserving this space for regular meetings, one-time gatherings, or an event with elements large or small.
Equipment & Supplies
Clubs are able to check out various types of equipment from Student Activities. Supplies for promotion include poster paper, art supplies, sandwich boards and even a button maker! There are spaces to keep you organized too, including cubical workstations, whiteboards, binders and more.
Funding
Student Activities advisors are here to help you make the most of your budget. If you want to request money from the Services and Activities Board, you'll need to write a budget proposal. Start by talking to your advisor!
Start Up Budget
Aid for Unfunded Groups
This budget is intended to aid new RSOs and returning RSOs who do not already have S&A Board funding. Remember that the amount of funding is limited, and this program may end at any time throughout the year. Receiving a start-up budget does not qualify a group as a "funded" to host events. These start up budgets are designated for club promotion and start up resource needs.
Special Initiative Budget - Open
Forms & Supplemental Funds
Available in Winter Quarter until the allocated money runs out, the Special Initiative budget is available for events and emerging groups; budgets can supplement the needs of the student groups beyond the Operational Budget cycle.

Expenses for Next Year
These budgets are written and submitted at the end of the previous year's Winter Quarter for the operational expenses of the following year; this includes Summer and Fall Quarter events.
