Housing Check-In Information
Move in for the 2022-2023 Academic Year is by appointment
Thursday, September 22 – for new students participating in New Student Orientation
Friday, September 23 – for returning campus residents
Appointments are between 9 am and 2 pm. Students with completed housing applications will receive more information including their room assignment, their suite mate information, and appointment information via email in August.
Requirements prior to Housing check-in
- Complete the online RAD Housing Tutorial (20-30 mins) before moving onto campus
- If you arrive without completing the RAD Housing Tutorial you will not be issued room keys. You will be redirected to another location to complete the tutorial on your cell phone.
If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19
- Please delay your check in
- Contact us at rad@evergreen.edu to arrange a check in appointment at a later date
- Log on to cvdaily.evergreen.edu to inform our COVID team

Bring a state-issued I.D. to verify your identity.
Appointment times are sent to all incoming residents by email. To view or change your appointment:
- Log on to the StarRez Portal at https://evergreen.starrezhousing.com/StarRezPortal
- Go to: ‘Check-In Appointments’
Please arrive within fifteen minutes of your appointment time. (If you are early or late you can still check in during regular business hours, but you may have a longer wait time as we prioritize people who arrive for their scheduled appointments.)
What to expect when you check-in

- Arrive at 4319 Indian Pipe Loop NW (A Building) 5 minutes before your appointment time
- Park in the short-term metered parking in Indian Pipe Loop
- Enter A building and navigate (by stairs or elevator) to the Housing Office on the 3rd floor
- Show your ID and confirm completion of the RAD Housing Tutorial to get your keys
- After you get keys, you can unload your vehicle
- Vehicles may not be left unattended in the unloading zone
- Flatbed carts and wagons will be available to borrow from the Front Office to move your belongings
- After unloading, move your car to F-Lot for long-term parking (Parking Permits required. For more information visit Parking Services)
