About Student Wellness Services
We place strong emphasis on health education, helping students learn how to manage current health concerns and avoid future health problems. Services are available for all students who have paid the Student Wellness Services fee.
You do not need insurance to utilize Student Wellness Services, as we do not bill insurance companies directly. Additional fee(s) for lab tests, medications, or other treatment-related costs, are billed to your student account as a "Student Wellness Services [Lab / Prescription / Herbs / Supplies / Office Visit / etc.]" fee.
Students pay their student account charges over the course of the quarter. See Student Financial Services for questions regarding student accounts.
You may request a copy of the Superbill for your visit, which can be used to file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance provider.
Some services are outside of the scope of care offered at Student Wellness Services. In these cases we will assist you in making choices that will work within your financial and insurance circumstances regarding referrals and resources.
