- Make sure student has copy of insurance card and information on how to access services
- Make appointments with current physician/provider for physical exam and discussion of needs pre school. Also ensure you have enough refills of any medication.
- If you're transferring care to Olympia/Thurston County area we HIGHLY recommend you do so EARLY as wait times can be quite long.
- Develop a plan for communicating and checking in with each other.

Thurston County Public Health Mobile COVID-19 Testing Site at Evergreen: C-lot, Fridays 9 am – 1 pm.
Open to the Public. Tests available for symptomatic individuals or those with direct contact to a positive case.
Available during the academic weeks of Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters
- Monday: 10 am - 5 pm
- Tuesday: 10 am - 5 pm
- Wednesday: 10 am - 5 pm
- Thursday: 10 am - 5 pm
- Friday: 10 am - 12 pm
