Rosie '25 (she/her/ella) came to Evergreen Tacoma as an undergraduate, drawn to its interdisciplinary, community-focused approach to learning. In that collaborative environment, she developed her critical thinking and explored how to build stronger communities and more responsive public systems.
Scholarships and donor support made a meaningful difference, allowing her to fully engage in her education while balancing work, family, and school.
Today, she continues her journey at Evergreen as a Master of Public Administration student. She shares her story to help celebrate students navigating higher education as parents, first-generation college students, and members of historically underrepresented communities.
