Interpersonal skills arethe behaviors and strategies a person uses to engage and interact with others effectively.Theyare the key to developing productive relationships with diverse people which contributes to a positive and healthy work environment and enhances the workforce's well-being. This course will cover topics discussed in this course include such as self-awareness, conflict management, and collaboration and how to use these skills successfully in the workplace as a team member and leader. This course uses seminars, group activities, reflective assignments, and a final research paper to help students bridge theory and practice to develop strong interpersonal skills.

This class is an online course, with class meetings conducted via Zoom on Saturdays and learning activities completed through Canvas.
