This integrated program examines human performance through the combined lenses of Sport and Exercise Physiology and Sport and Exercise Psychology. Students explore how biological systems (cardiovascular, muscular, metabolic) interact with psychological factors (motivation, stress, focus, and behavior) to influence exercise, training, and performance outcomes.  Emphasizing the connection between mind and body, the program engages students in applied learning through performance analysis, training evaluation, and self-reflection. Topics include physiological adaptation, mental skills for performance, recovery, and the role of technology and ethics in sport and fitness.
