In accordance with federal and state law, it is the policy of The Evergreen State College that..."no otherwise qualified person with a disability shall, solely on the basis of that disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination by any College program or activity."
Requesting Services for Students with Disabilities
How do I Request Services?
Complete Request for Services Form. Along with the application, you must submit documentation of your disability. The Director will meet with you to review your application and discuss your needs, and will determine reasonable and appropriate accommodations. Requests for accommodations must be made in a timely manner.

Access Services is open and serving students. Currently, we are meeting with students via virtual meetings, virtual Drop-ins or meeting by phone whenever possible. If these options do not work for you, please contact us in advance to make other arrangements.
Monday and Tuesday 9:00 to 5:00
Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 to 7:00
Friday 9:00 to 2:00
Other times: By appointment

Please provide your name, student ID, contact information and a brief description of what you need. We are checking and responding to messages regularly. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Staff are available to provide information, answer questions and update accommodations for returning students.
