    3. Click "Submit"
  6. Select "Printable W-2" at bottom of page to print a filing copy to submit with your IRS tax form.

W-2 by Mail

If you did not consent to receive your W2 electronically it will be sent to your Mailing Address by the end of January. Please confirm your Mailing Address is correct before the end of the calendar year. If your mailing address is inaccurate, please update it on My Evergreen.

If you would like to receive a paper copy of your W2 in the mail you will need to revoke your electronic consent before the W2’s are finalized. If the W2’s have already been mailed revoking your consent will not cause a W2 to be mailed. You will need to contact payroll@evergreen.edu or 360-867-6460.

To revoke your consent go to the Employee Dashboard, select "Taxes", and select "Electronic Regulatory Consent". Un-select your consent and hit "Submit".

(Former employees and graduates who no longer have access to My Evergreen will receive a paper W-2 in the mail. Please contact payroll by email if your address has changed since leaving Evergreen.)

Your tax forms and pay stubs will be available as long as your My Evergreen account is active. Print your Documents before your last date of employment so you do not lose access to your information.
