Join us for a day of exploration, connection, and discovery at The Evergreen State College. Whether you're interested in academics, student life, outdoor adventures, or creative opportunities, Preview Day is your chance to experience Evergreen firsthand and imagine your future here.
This year's Preview Day is all about creating your own adventure! Prospective students and their families can explore campus at their own pace, connect with faculty and current students, and take part in hands-on activities that showcase Evergreen's unique approach to learning.
Highlights include:
- Experience an Evergreen classroom: Participate in a mini academic program and discover what makes Evergreen's interdisciplinary, hands-on approach to education different.
- Explore campus: Take guided campus and housing tours, visit student resources, and discover spaces like Photoland, KAOS Radio, and the Campus Recreation Center.
- Connect with the Evergreen community: Meet faculty, academic advisors, current students, and alumni to learn about academic opportunities, financial aid, and life as a Greener.
- See student research in action: Visit the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) Showcase to explore exciting research and creative projects led by Evergreen students.
- Get outdoors and get creative: Join guided nature walks, try your hand at making photograms, create your own tie-dyed Evergreen T-shirt, or explore the climbing wall.
- Enjoy Fall Fest activities: Cheer on Evergreen's soccer teams, catch live student performances at Fringe Fest, and experience the energy of the Greener community.
Throughout the day, visitors can also explore Evergreen's academic programs, learn about study abroad opportunities, and get personalized assistance with the application process.
