First Year Spanish III students continue to build their knowledge base of the foundational communicative structures, including: reflexive verbs, indefinite and negative words, preterite of irregular verbs, double object pronouns, the imperfect tense, differences between preterite and imperfect tenses, commands, and the present subjunctive.  Students will also learn to communicate about: daily personal hygiene and routines, shopping for food and preparing meals, parties and celebrations, family relationships and stages of life, parts of the body and symptoms and medical conditions and daily domestic chores and routines.

Our work will be conducted remotely, using Canvas and Zoom. The faculty will offer alternative assignments if conditions or illness prevent students from accessing our synchronous meetings, which will allow students to earn comparable credit.
