This course is for you whether your life goals include helping your community flourish, working in a state agency or non-profit organization, becoming an entrepreneur, climbing a corporate ladder, or simply helping make the world a better place. Assigned readings draw on interdisciplinary social sciences to describe ethical leadership in complex organizations. Frameworks include organizational psychology, change management, ethical and healthy work culture, and persuasive leadership. Workshops and case studies will refine your ability to set goals, build teams and make good things happen.
