Designed as a continuation of Health Administration: Quality Management, this course explores advanced methods, tools, and skills needed for measuring and assessing healthcare operations and outcomes. Drawing on complex scenarios and real-world challenges, students will learn to implement evidence-based practices and tailor the operationalization of regulatory requirements to the needs of unique clinics and agencies. Students will emerge from the course equipped with the expertise to not only enhance operational efficiency but also drive meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery, ensuring better outcomes for patients and organizations alike.

This class will meet synchronously for 4 hours per week. Students should expect additional homework during the week.

This is the final of three courses that comprise the Health Administration: Finance and Quality Management Certificate at Evergreen. Students must complete Health Administration: Quality Management (winter) before enrolling in this course.
