Organizations increasingly rely on data and analytics to guide choices and evaluate results. This course introduces students to the fundamentals of business analytics and its application to managerial decision-making. Students will learn how to frame organizational questions, analyze data, and apply tools such as dashboards, scenario modeling, risk assessment, and cost–benefit analysis. Emphasis will be placed on using evidence to improve strategic planning, monitor project performance, and support continuous improvement. Case studies and applied exercises will help students practice turning data into actionable insights.
