          In this course, students will learn fundamentals of ballet and gain greater physical flexibility and coordination. In addition, we will practice authentic movement, developmental movement therapy, Beamish BodyMind Balancing Floorbarre and visualization exercises. We will use them to achieve heightened awareness of self through movement both in and outside class. Students of all dance levels are welcome. Students will need ballet slippers and dance attire/exercise clothing.
