Ever want to see the secret parts of a museum?  We will have our own "Night at the Museum" adventure but during the day.  Let us discover some hidden treasures at The Burke Museum located at the University of Washington in Seattle. Our 2-credit field trip based class will meet for five Monday Mornings, where you will have the opportunity to: select one Coast Salish weaving item per student, and create a learning lesson to be shared with the class. Later in the quarter, we will take a Friday field trip to The Burke Museum to visit and observe the hidden treasure in person.
