Red Cross Collegiate Leadership Program

The Red Cross Collegiate Leadership Program is a prestigious two-week leadership academy held in June at the American Red Cross National Headquarters in Washington, DC. Students who are selected will receive a $3,000 scholarship to be distributed over multiple semesters.

This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders through hands-on experiences, leading life-saving blood drives on your campus, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Students will gain valuable skills in crisis management, public service, and team leadership, setting them apart as future changemakers in their fields.

The Greenberg and Ruby Injury Attorneys, APC Scholarship Award will be given to a deserving student who is passionate about law, social justice, or public service, and is trying to make a difference in their future and community. The recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship towards their college tuition.

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who is working hard to create a successful future for themselves and their community. The recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship to be used toward their college tuition. Eligible students Must demonstrate involvement in community activities.

Richard E. Fitzner Memorial Scholarship

Richard E. Fitzner Memorial Scholarship

Offered by the Washington Chapter of The Wildlife Society, the Richard E. Fitzner Memorial Scholarship provides up to $3000 to wildlife-oriented biology students who will have junior or senior standing at a college or university in the state of Washington during the fall semester/quarter of the year in which the scholarship is awarded. Applications are due by December 31 each year. The scholarship is awarded during that winter for Fall quarter of the following academic year. Preference will be given to students with a demonstrated need for financial aid; a history of experiences, activities, and interests in the field of wildlife biology; college course work applicable to field biology; and grades. College transcripts and two letters of reference from instructors or past employers must accompany the application form.

The PRINT IT Scholarship for Aspiring Content Creators

G.W. Networks Inc. is pleased to offer the PRINT IT Scholarship for Aspiring Content Creators to current college students. Students who are actively involved in the creation of unique and engaging video or audio content or wish to pursue it in the future. G.W. Networks Inc. will award one (1) scholarship of $1,000.00 USD to the student who is able to demonstrate their focus on storytelling via unique video or audio content. This $1000 scholarship is renewable through G.W. Networks Inc.

The Blossom Law Caregiver Scholarship

The Blossom Law Caregiver Scholarship

The Blossom Law Caregiver Scholarship offers financial relief to students who have a parent who has been the primary caregiver for a loved one or who have served as caregivers themselves. Twice a year, Blossom Law offers college students the opportunity to receive $1,000 through the Blossom Law Caregiver Scholarship. The award may be used to supplement the costs of tuition, room and board, and other educational expenses.

Robert J. Handy/WSSR Foundation Scholarships

The Washington State School Retirees' Association (WSSRA) invites senior students who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher to apply for the above scholarships. These awards are given to students who plan a career in the field of education.

Eight $2,500 WSSR – Foundation Scholarships and sixteen Robert J. Handy Scholarships ($900 per year renewable for up to four years) 2 for each district will be awarded to students whose degree would be in one of these areas: teacher, counselor, speech therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, or psychologist.

The Neil D. Prescott Scholarship

Applications due April 1, 2026

The Neil D. Prescott Scholarship

The Washington State School Retirees’ Association is offering two scholarships of $2,500 for student teacher/interns in each of its eight regions in the state. Statewide that means 16 scholarships for a total of $40,000. Student teachers or those completing an internship as a counselor, school psychologist, School social worker, occupational therapist, or speech therapist may apply.

The Washington Student Achievement Council, in partnership with the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace Career Enhancement has launched the SPEEA ACE Child Care Grant, offering up to $5,000 in direct childcare support for eligible student parents pursuing careers in the Aerospace industry. The grant pays licensed childcare providers directly, and the application process is simple.

The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound serves as a catalyst for charitable giving in Thurston, Lewis and Mason counties. Since 1989, community residents have utilized us to make their charitable gifts more effective. We provide maximum flexibility in establishing, managing, and distributing your gifts.

Each year, donors who have trusted the foundation to manage their funds provide scholarship support for students planning to pursue post-secondary educational opportunities—both academic and vocational. General Henry H. Arnold Education Grant Program

The General Henry H. Arnold Education Grant program, also known as the Hap Arnold Grant, is the centerpiece of AFAS education support. The application process for the Arnold Education Grant serves as the platform for other key education support opportunities at the Society. The Hap Arnold Grant is competitive in its need-based selection criteria and is uniquely tailored to recognize the proper weighing of family income and education costs. Grants ranging from $500 to $4,000 are awarded to eligible Air Force and Space Force dependents each year. The specific amount awarded correlates to a student’s particular level of financial need.

Hill and Ponton are now offering four $1,000 scholarships to help veterans further their education and enter a career field that would, in turn, help other veterans. This veterans’ scholarship program provides financial assistance to former U.S. military personnel pursuing higher education. The Benjamin Gilman International Scholarship

The Gilman International Scholarship Program offers a competition for awards for undergraduate study abroad and was established by the International Academic Opportunity Act of 2000. This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving federal Pell Grant funding at a 2-year or 4-year college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.

First Trip Scholarship

For students leaving the U.S. for the first time

First Trip Scholarship

First Trip scholarships are available for college students who have never left the United States. Applicants must classify as a "student" at their college, regardless of part-time or full-time status, and be pursuing a college facilitated trip in a First Trip eligible destination. Awardees are asked to submit brief testimonials of their first experience abroad. The First Trip Application has no essay or GPA requirement.
