Parking Services

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SUMMER QUARTER:  Parking Services staff are continuing to work remotely until further notice. Parking ticket payments can be made by postal mail or at the Parking Booth drop box at the main entrance to campus. For parking business please email seips@evergreen.edu or call (360) 867-6131.

Parking passes are not required during summer 2020, and Parking is refunding on prepaid parking passes and decals for spring and summer 2020. However, all other campus parking regulations are in force during this time including enforcing prohibited zones such as CAB basement, Driftwood Meadow, and Red Square; timed areas; yellow curbs; bus zones; disabled-access parking; and fire lanes.

It is likely that the pay-to-park requirement will resume for Fall quarter.  Parking will notify everyone in plenty of time to purchase your Fall quarter and 2020-2021 parking decals.

Parking clearances for specific parking access needs can be directed to Police Services, (360) 867-6832.

We perform courtesy jump-starts, courtesy vehicle unlocks when you've locked your keys inside, and manage the campus’s Commute Trip Reduction program, along with the college's Parking Services operation.

Parking passes are $3 daily.

Parking passes are required Monday through Friday, 7 am – 9 pm, year 'round for all vehicles and motorcycles parking on campus.

A valid parking decal or parking permit must be displayed on vehicles and motorcycles parked on college property during these times. There is no charge to park on Saturdays or Sundays, however, all other parking rules apply during weekends and on holidays.

Parking Decals

If you are interested in purchasing a parking decal for the academic quarter, your full name, address, email address, and vehicle license plate number are required on the parking decal application. Parking decals can be purchased at the Parking Services Office in Seminar 1 Room 3157.  Campus community members with A#s may select and pay for your new parking decal using your My Evergreen account, but you will then need to stop by the Parking Office and pick up your new decal.

IMPORTANT:  Be sure you have a daily or 2-hour parking pass, or have parked and paid at a parking meter in B, C, or F lot, or parked in a free time-limited space without going overtime, before visiting Parking Services for your new decal, in order to avoid a ticket for "no valid permit."

All parking decals expire at 9 p.m on the first day of the following quarter. Fall quarter decals expire at 9 pm the first day of winter quarter; winter quarter decals expire at 9 pm the first day of spring quarter; spring quarter decals expire at 9 pm the first day of summer quarter; academic decals (valid fall, winter, and spring) expire at 9 pm the first day of summer quarter; and annual decals (valid fall, winter, spring, and summer) and summer only decals expire at 9 pm the first day of the next fall quarter.
