Web Assistance Request

Resources for Content Owners

Staff who successfully completed training through Canvas prior to February 2022 can update their site content. We are not adding new editors or training at this time. Contact us if you have questions.

Go to your Workbench to see your site's content. (Or go to evergreen.edu/user, login to CAS, then navigate to the page you want to edit. Click “New Draft” and save when you're done.)

Requests made via this form are added to a support queue. You will be contacted by a member of the Web Team within three business days, often less, to let you know when the work may be completed or to ask for additional information.

This is the title of your ticket and subject line in emails. Please do not write “web site,” “update site,” etc. We work on a lot of sites, so be ridiculously clear what this is about.
Please include a valid link to the page that you need assistance with.

In order to attach files, you must log in. Use these fields if you have files that go with your request, such as screenshots or text. If your files are larger than the upload limit or if you have more than three files, please make a note in the comment field. Please wait to email files until you have been contacted by a member of the web team.
You only need to include this if there's a specific date when the work MUST be done. Usually, that means there's something going in the mail.
