Lord Mansion & Coach House
Lord Mansion is a unique historic home in Olympia’s Capitol neighborhood. With its beautiful architectural features and grounds, it provides an intimate, memorable backdrop and setting for events.
Rental rates for the Lord Mansion and Coach House vary by the number of hours of use, rooms utilized and day of the week. Government agencies and non-profits receive a discount on the room rental. For a detailed quote, please email, call, or complete the booking request form. Office hours are usually Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 2pm and are the best times to reach someone via phone or to anticipate a return call back. Staff may still be supporting events on these days and times as well as the other days of the week.
The adjacent Coach House is also available to rent for your event.

Booking your event
The Lord Mansion and Coach House are excellent venues for meetings, corporate retreats, social engagements, weddings, training activities, workshops, arts and crafts fairs, and much more. The Lord Mansion can host up to 120 people in a cocktail reception style and around 70 people in a single room theater style. The Coach House can hold around 70 people theater style.
We offer a variety of options for tables and chairs at no additional charge. We’ll handle table and chair set-up and take-down for you. A PA system is also available.
Catering
Choose from our list of approved caterers. Additional caterers can be approved by providing their license and certificate of insurance to the Lord Mansion. Alcohol is allowed with a MAST permitted bartender or licensed caterer.
