As an AmeriCorps member, you devoted yourself to serving others. At Evergreen, you can take advantage of a number of benefits.
  • Application fee waiver: Contact the program you are applying to for the fee waiver process.
  • Segal AmeriCorps Education Award: You can use your award to cover Evergreen tuition. Learn more about this award.
  • Scholarships: Each program offers scholarships to AmeriCorps alumni.

AmeriCorps Graduate Scholarships

  • MES AmeriCorps Service Award: AmeriCorps alumni who completed a term of service are eligible to apply for the five $1,800 AmeriCorps Tuition Waivers MES can offer each academic year. Students may receive this award once a year for a maximum of two years. Learn more at MES Financial Aid.

  • MiT AmeriCorps Education Award: Designed for AmeriCorps volunteers who have received the full education award. The award generally offers a student the equivalent of one quarter of resident tuition. Candidates may apply both years in the MiT program. Learn more at MiT Costs and Financial Aid.

  • MPA AmeriCorps Education Award: The MPA program offers AmeriCorps alumni who have completed a year of service an award of up to one quarter of full-time resident tuition. Students may receive an award once a year for a maximum of two years. Learn more at MPA Costs and Financial Aid.
