This course is designed as an exploratory and refresher course to computer programs and technologies used in online and hybrid learning, visual presentations, and capstone projects. This course will introduce the use of presentation and graphics programs in a way that enhances original ideas and provides tools for each student to realize and effectively visually communicate using Power Point, Prezi, and the Adobe suite programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop. Additionally, this course will build proficiency in navigating academic canvas sites, participating in zoom meetings, and generating word documents and electronic portfolios in Microsoft Word and Google Docs. As a online class, it will give students an optimum environment to practice and learn all in the same class venue with faculty support. There will be 2 hours per week of synchronous (live class using zoom) learning.
