Unfortunately, corruption in the public sector is nothing new and is not limited to one side of the aisle. Public administrators today need to understand both the legal and ethical requirements for upholding the public trust. In this class, students will use real world case studies to examine how the public sector frames ethical problems and the foundations for decisions involving moral dilemmas.
