Come sing and play jazz! Enjoy solo and ensemble songs and the stunning harmonies of the 1920s to 1940s. Learn to scat sing, jazz phrasing, and enjoy the fun of deeply listening while playing and singing in a small ensemble. Students participate in choosing the repertoire. This class requires excellent attendance.
Previous choral ensemble experience and the ability to read music is recommended, but not required.
