How can managers make decisions that are both effective and just? This course explores the ethical and inclusive dimensions of organizational life, with attention to how choices affect employees, customers, communities, and global partners. Students will study frameworks for ethical reasoning, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive leadership, applying them to case studies across business, nonprofit, and public settings. Through collaborative projects and reflective practice, students will develop skills for managing across differences, building equitable workplaces, and aligning organizational action with values.
