Build skills in producing audio recording of your own voice, reading your own stories. We'll learn how to record high quality audio with devices you already have, surveying knowledge and best practices in professional audio and applying them to our own work. We'll work on reflective writing for spoken word. We'll survey techniques for voice work for authentic and powerful delivery. And we'll learn the techniques of audio editing, using free software to create finished works of audio art. No special equipment is needed, but you will need to use a smartphone and a computer that you can install free software on.
