 Administrative Law for Public Managers will cover the why of administrative law and how the Constitution influences public managers in their everyday duties. Students will leave the class with an understanding of rulemaking, adjudication, and judicial and legislative review. This class will focus on the fundamentals of administrative law in non-technical terms. Perfect for both those currently working in public service and those entering the profession.
