This camp is for the serious wrestler looking to take it up a notch this summer. This camp provides intense training in Freestyle and Greco wrestling technique from world class technicians. Sessions will focus on learning to build better habits in drilling, Technique, nutrition, and weight training. The camp will be capped at 40 campers per session.
