Spring Zine Launch: Zine Launch Party

Please join us to celebrate the launch of “Evergreen Faculty Supporting Inclusion,” an original zine by the Learning and Teaching Commons Student Partner, Jess Yusko. Over the past year, Jess has researched and interviewed eight current Evergreen faculty and staff about creating inclusive learning environments for students. Selections from the Framework for Inclusive and Culturally Sustaining Teaching at Evergreen are presented in a fun and engaging format in the zine, including illustrated pages and hand-written notes by faculty.The zine launch reception will include light refreshments, zine pages on display, and opportunities to discuss the content with Jess and the faculty who have contributed to the publication. The event is sponsored by the Equity and Belonging Fund. We welcome and invite the entire learning community to attend.
