Join us for an RA Info Session to learn what the role is really like and decide if it’s a good fit for you. We’ll cover core responsibilities, time commitment, expectations, benefits, and the application process, with space to ask questions.
Resident Assistants are student leaders who live on campus and help create safe, inclusive, and connected residential communities. RAs support residents through relationship building, one on one conversations, community events, conflict mediation, and on call support. The role offers hands on leadership experience, teamwork, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
The RA application opens February 2nd and closes March 23rd at 5pm.
A QR code to the job posting will be provided during the info sessions and will also be advertised via flyers across campus starting Feb 2nd!
Minimum Qualifications Include
• Enrolled at Evergreen for at least one quarter
• Full time student taking 12 to 16 credits
• Ability to prioritize the RA role alongside academics
• Good academic and conduct standing
• Willingness to live in an assigned on campus residence
