ABOUT US

Moulage Mayhem is a group of Artists that came about after the founder saw the need for a centralized contact point for Agencies to reach out to Moulage Artists and Role Players.

???

Emergency Agencies are seeing the importance of having, as real as possible, wounds that resemble what they may see in the field, be it everyday emergencies or preparing for the "Big One" that will inevitably happen in Puget Sound and surrounding areas.

Moulage Mayhem Artists are not just volunteers, but seasoned professionals with extensive experience in emergency response. Many of them began their journey with CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) drills and Zombie runs, and have now expanded their repertoire to include a wide range of scenarios, From hospital settings to wilderness first aid training. Their expertise and dedication ensure that the moulage they create is as realistic as possible, enhancing the training experience for all emergency agencies.

???Moulage (French: casting/moulding) is the art of applying mock injuries for the purpose of training Emergency Response Teams and other medical and military personnel. Moulage may be as simple as applying pre-made non-allergy materials, rubber or latex "wounds" to a healthy "patient's" limbs, chest, head, etc.,[1] or as complex as using makeup and theatre techniques to provide elements of realism (such as bloodvomitusopen fractures, etc.[2]) - Wikipedia
