Journaling for Mental Wellness is a three-part workshop series that explores how journaling can support emotional well-being, self-reflection, and stress management. Participants will learn about the mental health benefits of journaling and receive guidance on how to begin and maintain a meaningful journaling practice. This series is facilitated by Student Wellness Services Mental Health Counselors Rachel Freer, LMHC, and Madison Johnson, LMHC.
