Feeling overwhelmed, sad, angry, or uncertain about climate change? You’re not alone.
Join the Center for Climate Action & Sustainability, in collaboration with Student Wellness Services, for a gentle and supportive Eco???Grief Climate Café series. These facilitated gatherings offer space to reflect, share, and connect with others navigating the emotional impacts of climate change and environmental uncertainty.
Each session will include grounded opening and closing circles led by campus clinicians, with additional optional activities such as forest walks, reflection, or creative eco???crafts in between. No preparation, expertise, or activism experience is required—just come as you are.
