Pay Your Tuition Deposit

Follow these instructions to pay your tuition deposit. This reserves your spot at Evergreen and allows you to select your programs when registration opens.

If you’re a transfer student, we’ll evaluate your transfer credits after you pay your deposit.

  1. First, activate your student account.

  2. Then log in to your student account.

  3. Under the “Community” heading near the bottom of the page, choose “Web Payment.”

  4. In the green box titled “Pay Into the Student Account,” click on the link that says “Make a payment.”

  5. Under the “Additional options” heading, click on the “Tuition Deposit” link.

  6. Choose the tuition deposit relevant for your studies and click the “Pay” button, then follow the instructions from there.

We encourage all students to apply for financial aid every year, which will help to reduce tuition costs. Financial aid comes in the form of grants, loans, scholarships, tuition waivers, work study, and tax credits.

Already filled out your FAFSA? By April 1st, you can check the status of your financial aid award at my.evergreen.edu. If you haven’t applied yet, it's never too late to file your FAFSA or WAFSA.
