How to Order High School Transcripts

  1. Identify Your High School's Process
    • Most high schools have specific procedures for requesting transcripts. You can typically find this information on the school's website under a section for college and career services or registration and records.
    • If the information is not available online, contact the counseling center, career center, registrar are your school directly to inquire about their transcript request process.
  2. Choose Your Request Method
    • Online Request: Many high schools partner with services like Parchment, allowing you to order transcripts online. You will need to create an account, fill out a request form, and provide payment information.
    • In-Person Request: If you prefer, you can visit the school’s administrative office to request your transcript in person. You may need to show a valid photo ID and be prepared to fill out any necessary forms.
  3. Provide Necessary Information
    • When requesting your transcript, be ready to provide:
    • Your full name (as it appeared during enrollment)
    • Date of birth
    • Graduation year
