Evergreen’s inventive and creative learning model for undergraduates and graduate students sets the stage for successful real-world work in sustainability. We believe the world needs people who are inspired by its complexity and are excited to contribute the best of themselves to it. 

Academic Programs

The Evergreen State College offers multiple academic programs with an emphasis on agriculture. The organic farm-based programs provide students with the skills to manage a production agriculture facility. Students become more knowledgeable about global and local agricultural practices and systems, organic horticulture, and small livestock production.

If you are not in an agricultural program, don't worry, there are ways to get involved. Student groups with an emphasis on food include:
