COM Event Checkout

Processing requests may take up to one week. Please give yourself time by planning ahead. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email regarding approval for use and further instructions.

Policies for Student Requests

  • You must be a currently enrolled student.
  • The use of the equipment/instrument(s) must be related to your academic project, performance, or study generating academic credit for the quarter used, or must be used by a Student Activities group.
  • For instruments and other specialty equipment, you may have to demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of care.
  • Once we receive your request, we will email your faculty to confirm the academic credit being earned, confirm your proficiency in desired instrument, and/or confirm the authenticity of the Student Activity group involved.

Contact the COM Information Office to view items you may want to check out to assist with your event.  Add those items along with the catalog # on the COM Checkout Request Form.
