Veterans Day of Service, November 7

The VETS Team and CCBLA are pleased to announce a new community service opportunity in honor of Veterans Day.

Hunger, homelessness and poverty are issues that disproportionately affect veterans. 1.4 million veterans live below the poverty line and another 1.4 million live just above it.

Participants will meet other members of the campus community—veter​ans and non-veterans--a​nd work together in an afternoon of service at the Thurston County Food Bank.
