In order to be considered for all types of financial aid, you must have filed the FAFSA form by July 1, 2020. FAFSA forms filed after July 1 will not be considered for The Evergreen State College Need Grants, but will still be considered for scholarships and loans. All FAFSA applicants will be considered for partial tuition waivers based on financial need. For questions about the FAFSA, student loans, or Evergreen Need Grants, please contact the Evergreen Financial Aid Office at (360) 867-6205. For specific questions about MiT scholarships please contact mit@evergreen.edu.
Awards will not be finalized until award confirmation forms are returned. Please note that available funds for MiT awards and tuition and fees are subject to Washington State Legislature budget adjustments, and to changes by The Evergreen State College Board of Trustees and The Evergreen State College Foundation.
Notification of MiT awards begins after December 1, 2020. Federal and private loans, partial tuition waivers, and The Evergreen State College Need Grants are awarded by the Financial Aid Office.
