Remote Media Workshop and Equipment Request

Workshop and equipment requests should be submitted as early as possible, but no less than two weeks before requested date.

*Due to COVID-19, media labs will not be open for Fall 2020 and all workshops will be remote.

Please place a Schedule Evergreen space request for your preferred dates, times, and spaces for your workshops, if you need a space that is not your classroom space. To request a Media Services specialty space, make sure to select "Media Lab" as the "Activity Type." Space bookings are not finalized until the space requests have been "confirmed." Before workshops can be finalized, spaces must be reserved.

Please review these guidelines on using Schedule Evergreen.

Priority will be given to media-centric programs and/or requests submitted by Week 5 of the previous quarter.

Please review these guidelines for more information on how to plan workshops and proficiencies with the Instructional Media Coordinator, Ashley Williams.
