Get help making your part of Evergreen’s website successful. Get your critical information in front of the people who need it.

Contact us via the form to update information on the website. If you're a site editor, get help with editing your content.

Requests are added to a ticketing system. A member of the team will get back to you within three business days and often less, depending on staffing levels and other projects.

Resources for Content Owners

Staff who have successfully completed training through Canvas can update their site's content. We are not currently accepting new editors.

Creating Accessible Content

To learn more about creating accessible content, visit Evergreen's Information Technology Accessibility website

Go to your Workbench to see all your site's content. (An easy way is to go to evergreen.edu/user, login to CAS, and then navigate to the page you want to edit. Click “New Draft” and save when you're done.)

Web Team Core Principles

  • Iterative: constant progress
  • Simplified: work towards single sources of data, link and don't copy
  • User-focused: consider the target audience of every page and section
  • Data-driven: test, analyze, tweak, test, analyze, tweak

We use these principles to provide easy, intuitive access to information from any device.
