Apartment Meal Plans

When you live on campus, you are required to select a meal plan when you complete the online housing application and reserve your room.

You have some options when selecting your meal plan. Here are a few examples:

  • The new Thrifty 300 plan was designed just for returning students in the apartments. This plan costs $300 per quarter (less than $30 per week) and gets you $300 Dining Bucks (DB) to use wherever they’re accepted (see below).
  • The Primary On-Campus meal plans cover nearly all meals on campus.

Purchasing a meal plan gives you a discount over paying cash at the register. You’ll select your plan when you apply for housing and it will be billed to your student account.

Changing your meal plan

To change your plan, make changes before the 1st day of the move-in month for each quarter. To petition for an exemption from the required meal plan fill out a meal plan exemption form (PDF).
