Music and humanities students can earn college credit for individual studies via regular group conferences with faculty, independent studies, and creative practice. Plan to spend about half your time on creative work and half your time on related academic projects such as research on artists you admire. Evaluations will be based on class presentations and a final portfolio of writing and/or art work.
Students registered for four credits will complete midterm and final projects; songwriting is a common focus. Students may earn up to sixteen credits by submitting a detailed study plan. Please contact the faculty for more information.
