This class will focus on fundraising and finance strategies for nonprofit organizations. Understanding the complexities of nonprofit organizations and how they impact society provide an important context to mediate between public and private sector solutions. Furthermore, learning how to generate resources for these dynamic efforts helps us develop strategy, plans and innovation in the nonprofit sector. Learn applied examples from local nonprofit efforts to national NGO development strategies. These represent external facing approaches and behind the scenes examples of development. The knowledge, skills and abilities will provide a foundation for applied practice to the nonprofit and related organizations.
