Dariush Khaleghi
Leadership, Management, Organizational Psychology and Behavior, and Human Resources Management

The dynamics and functions of organizations are rapidly morphing and evolving to adapt to a more complex world.  The old ways of leadership are becoming obsolete. To be able to lead and manage effectively in this emerging world, we need inspiring leaders who possess integrity, courage and compassion, competence and character, consciousness and wisdom to bring us together as a community with a common purpose and destiny. In this program, we’ll explore and integrate critical topics in leadership including: leadership psychology, human dynamics in the workplace, positive psychology, and culturally competent leadership. The primary objective of this program is to develop self aware, conscious, and responsible leaders who will help us thrive as a workplace and community. In this program, we use seminars, case analysis, assessments, videos and articles, fieldwork, and research and group exercises to achieve the program's learning objectives.
