Are you ready to be an effective and exceptional supervisor?  Being a supervisor in times of continuous and compounding change is both a challenge and a rewarding opportunity.  It requires adaptability, agility, flexibility and the right skills to build and grow human and organizational capacity.  A supervisor’s core mission of getting the job done while tackling the pressures of competing and conflicting organizational demands is a formidable task.  This course helps new and current supervisors become more effective in identifying, growing and aligning their and their staff’s skills and strengths with the strategic direction of their organizations.  This class also helps learners gain the contemporary knowledge, skills and competencies that are vital to their short and long-term personal and professional success as they climb the organizational ladder.
