The Evergreen Singers

No auditions are needed for this continuing singing ensemble. We learn the basics of good voice production and master songs from a wide range of musical idioms. Members of the Evergreen Singers should be able to carry a tune, learn their parts, and sing their parts with their section.

Students should expect to participate in weekly two-hour rehearsals. All course materials will be available through Canvas. If enrollment numbers and social distancing protocols require it, students may need to alternate weeks of in-person and online rehearsals using Zoom. To participate via Zoom, students need to a private place where they can vocalize without inhibition; A reliable device for internet access (a laptop or desktop computer is best), and reliable internet service.

This class requires excellent attendance and basic musicianship skills. Credit will be awarded in Chorus.
